RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to 14-days from the date of purchase to return your WLKIE bike for a full refund. Bicycles may be returned as long as the product has not been assembled, ridden, or used in any other manner and is received by WLKIE in its original condition and packaging. If the bicycle or packaging is received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.

Shipping bikes is expensive! We are unable to reimburse the shipping charges, therefore If you are not sure about the correct size please contact WLKIE Support Team support@wlkie.com. Selling our bikes direct to you does require sending them by ground delivery. Though we try to offer the lowest prices we can, we cannot refund shipping charges. It's another way we try to guarantee the best value, additionally other than if the wrong product has been supplied by WLKIE there will be a restocking charge made.

However, if you have received the wrong product, color, or size, we will happily pay the shipping fee to get you the product you deserve!

WARRANTY

 WLKIE stands behind the bicycles it sells. We offer a 24-month guarantee on all non-consumable parts. WLKIE recommends that all bicycles purchased should be maintained by a professional mechanic. It is recommended all bikes are serviced at least once a year.

You need to activate your warranty! To activate your warranty you need to send us a proof of a professional assembly. This can be in the form of a receipt from your local bike shop. We must receive the proof within 30 days since you received your bike.

If you would like to claim your warranty please send an email to the WLKIE Support Team (support@wlkie.com). Make sure to include your name, order number, phone number, photos of items to be covered under warranty, proof of professional assembly, and reason for warranty coverage. When a warranty is approved, WLKIE will determine if item(s) will be repaired or replaced. Some items may be requested to be returned to WLKIE before replacement item(s) is sent or repaired. Any item returned without WLKIE approval and original receipt for proof of purchase will not be considered for a warranty.
