ASSEMBLY

In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum and as a result provide the customer with class leading value WLKIE bikes are shipped 85% assembled with typically the front wheel, handlebars and seat post needing to be fitted and set up prior to riding.  All tools needed are supplied with the bike.

WLKIE recommends that all bicycles purchased should be assembled by a professional mechanic. 

You need to activate your warranty! To activate your warranty you need to send us a proof of a professional assembly. This can be in the form of a receipt from your local bike shop. We must receive the proof within 30 days since you received your bike.

Any item returned without WLKIE approval and original receipt for proof of purchase will not be considered for a warranty.
